I am generally very very cautious when being excited about a diet or anything, but I have to tell you I have been counting calories, eating smaller portions, and working out for the past around two weeks and I feel AMAZING!! I dont know if I've lost weight or not because I hate scales, but my clothes feel better and I have TONS of energy and I just have never ever felt this way!! I hope I can continue going to way I have been, I Just wanted to share with all of you!!! I hope everyones day is going well!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
