I am so frustrated. I am trying desperately to lose weight and it isn't working. I am carefully weighing and measuring everything and counting calories. Most days I eat between 1200 and 1500 calories. I exercise at the gym 4 or 5 days a week. I get min 30-45 mins cardio per day and stregth train 2 or 3 days/ week, do pilates once a week and body bar class once a week. What am I doiing wrong? Some weeks nothing happens , other weeks I seem to lose only to be back up a few days later. How can anyone gain wieght while sleeping? Any help out there?
