I've been exercising for about 3 1/2 months now and I'm noticing that I have so much more energy. I'm about 100 lbs overweight (correction -90 lbs) I've lost 10 lbs, but I've only been watching what I eat for the past 5 wks. I'm noticing that since I stopped drinking anything but water, I have 10x's the energy. I think that the more sugar we consume the less energy we have. Any thoughts on this? Also, I think maybe we need to find our metabolism booster. Each persons might be different. But I've also noticed I've lost maybe an inch. Patience is huge, because the faster we lose weight, the faster we gain it back. I've also heard that if we eat more through the day, we don't consume as much at any one meal, any thoughts on that one?

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
