So I know this sounds silly but it really works. Since changing my eating habits I always feel that when I sit down for dinner my small portion is gone in like 5 bites and the rest of the family still has a plate of food that I have to sit and stare at, so decided that I was going to start eating with one of my daughters kiddie spoons and it seems to be helping. It seems like I'm getting more to eat when in reality I'm not!! Just a thought!!
