This is my first day of Daily Strength and I wanted to say Hi to everyone!!! I am hoping to lose weight and I need all the help I can get. I am starting to struggle with high blood pressure and arthritis. I could decrease the severity of thes if only I would lose weight. Please give me some ideas of diets that work and are easy to follow. I am trying to give up sugar, this is my first day of this.
