Can anyone please help me get rid of saddle bags?! or do you know any exercises that will help. bc all the websites tell you that its really hard to get rid of them. and that the best you can do is cardio and lunges...that sort of stuff. and i use to be a workout buff...jog 5 miles a day....and was always at the gym. but to this day i still can NOT get rid of them! im so tempted to get lipo but do not want to...any advice please!!!;)
