But it's not nutritionally balanced and you'll regain a lot of the 'weight' *cough* WATER *cough* you lose.
I'd agree with FatFay in that its not nutritionally balanced for a long term approach.......I feel whilst you do loose weight, the diet plan is really un-sustainable for long periods of time, simply because there is not enough varity in the meal choices for me.
Still worth a try to loose those initial plans....however I believe one of the 'managed meal' approaches works better in the long term.....well certainly for me anyway.
