My husband is one of those naturally skinny people. He can eat whatever he wants and it doesn't show up on him, plus he never exercises. Anyway, anytime I mention that I am really trying to work on getting this extra weight off he will suggest going out for ice cream that evening, or he will buy a 6 pack of soda.
