Soooo....I always hear different things from experts and on news reports and I read in magazines about what is the proper amount of calories for a person my size. I am a female and I am 5 feet 5 inches. Sometimes I hear 1000, then I hear 1200, then I hear, 1400! WHAT IS THE RIGHT AMOUNT!!! I exercise about 50 minutes a day, walking, tae-bo, things like that. Does exercise make a difference in the amount I am supposed to take in?
