I have been dieting for a month now (this time). Counting calories and portion control. No caffine. I did great at first. the first 2 weeks I lost about 10 pds.-I think it was mostly water. I have not lost another ounce. I admit I feel better, but I have 40 more pds to go. Its just so frustrating. I know I need to exercise too and I was for a while, but I developed tendonitis in my hip. Just feeling like its hopeless. I think my metabolism to shot due to so much dieting in my life. If it wasn't for the pain in my back I think I would just stay fat.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
