I know, "healthy way" and "natural way" is the key but I'm desperate for a boost. I reached my before baby weight the all natural and healthy way but these last 10-15 lbs are the toughest! It's been nothing but a struggle these 8 years losing that baby weight, yes 8 years.....! I know added stress does not help but I needed to do something. Has anyone tried QuickTrim? I thought about Alli but decided to try this one instead. Day 1 so hoping I can get the jump start I need to stay on track and finally reach and maintain my goal of 130-135. I am about 143 now. I'm 5'3" and bottom heavy. I look in the mirror and all I see is thighs!! I've hated them from day one and hoping once I'm able to fit in running again I can tone down but it's gonna take lots of hard work and know I can do this!Any advise you might have would be greatly appreciated!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
