I started Atkins 19 days ago, the first 14 days I lost 12 Lbs. The last 5 days I've lost 0. Is this diet confusing or is it just me? Can you have coffee or caffeine in soda? I don't think I understand the concept. I have been eating raw vegetables and dip. Limiting cucumbers, carrots. Lots of broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, some celery....Meat and salads, some cheese and few nuts, then I was just reading broccoli has 4 carbs, 2 fiber hence 2 net carbs???? I'm confused. I do not crave sugar anymore. My sister lost 32 Lbs. in one month and said she didn't even count carbs. Does anyone know much about this diet or have any suggestions. Thanks.
