why am i punishing myself? I'm doing everything good. Today I binged and feel like crap, and I'm an emotional wreck. What am I doing wrong in wanting to feel feminine?

I totally know what your going through. I can go ten days losing a lot of weight and if one day I don't lose any I get completely upset and that's what I normally do is binge and then I quit the diet. But this time I have been working out a lot and that really seems to help me stay confidant and feminine. Good luck to you. I'm always here is you need somebody to talk to.

So we are emotional eaters and we eat when we feel bad, but once we are done eating we still feel bad. I thought we eat to feel better? Why is it I have brain except when it comes to food....

Gosh we're hard on ourselves when we have little "setbacks". You need to give yourself a break when things don't go according to plan, because when you're doing great 95% of the time and fall off the food wagon 5% of the time..... well..... 95% is GREAT!! Focus on the great things, and try not to feel so down about the bad.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
