I came across a show last night on BBC or something about these two women in Britain being used in a study on extreme weight loss. They would give them different things to eat each week, soups, all lemons, all raw foods, protein drinks. This one girl drank protein drinks 3 times a day with a high protein diet and she would work out I think about 2 hours a day. She was losing weight and felt terrible though. Now I've been drinking protein drinks and have stopped them because since I started them and protein bars along with healthy foods, whole grains, fruits, veggies, i gained 10 pounds!

I've been pretty stable the last few months. I haven't had a depressive episode in months and no hypomania. My meds really seem to be working. I was substitute teacher last school year but I recently found a part time job as a paraprofessional and I am happy with a set schedule. I'm doing so well and I hope it continues. My kids see a huge change in me and are proud of how well I am doing.
