Okay, I did pretty well with my eating yesterday and even managed to fit in 30 minutes of exercise. But this morning when I weighed myself I had gained .6 pounds. Now, my question is, can you gain weight from exercising?? I've heard that your body retains more water in your muscles after you work out... I'm not sure if this is true, but I'm a little upset, any weight gain when your dieting is frusterating... Secondly, are there any healthy foods you can munch on late at night that wont throw your whole day off?? Night time is my hardest time of the day to resist the urge to munch. Any idea's? I know I need to re-program myself not to eat at night, but I always sleep better when I do (sounds childlike I know). So any suggestions would be appreciated.. I'm really ticked about the weight gain, makes me not want to exercise!!
