I talked earlier about eating 5 - 6 meals a day. Heres the way to measure them out.
1 portion size is the size of your closed fist, this is individual to everyone as your fist is your fist & therefore your size. Its scientific, don't ask me how. The fist size is the size of your jacket potato, veg, rice, anything.
A plate size is your palms together as if you had them as an open book.
4 fist size portions should fit into your plate size. Small meals.
Remember to eat as clean as possible, cut fats wherever possible, take a multivitamin spaced out, 3 times a day. This helps the body to absorb what it needs & get rid of what it doesn't.
Drink water too, it helps to flush the rubbish away & hydrate the organs to function correctly.

Yeah, some fats are good for you, the kind from nuts & seeds as well as oily ocean caught fish. Full of omega 3's that help sustain healthy joint mobility. None of us need arthritis later in life or sooner. Stay away from the saturated fats in dairy products so much. Trim fats off meat wherever possible, drain oils from canned fish, mop up extra fats by putting grilled & fried foods onto a paper towel for a few minutes. Most importantly, don't freak out if you forget & have fun, enjoy your foods. Just experiment with the healthy stuff.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
