I am a believer in the Vit D theory and this just reinforces my way of thinking. I know that since I have been taking 3000 u of vit D for the last year and it has helped me with pain. I am going to increase it and see if it helps me with weight loss. You might want to give it a try. I is a very inexpensive supplement and is well worth it. Please look at the information in these sites and tell your doctor to test your Vit D levels. Even after a year on 3000u, mine is still low at 39. Normal is between 35 and 100. You should show a level in the middle somewhere.
