I've been loosing for a month now, but seemed to have plateaued at 172 for a couple of weeks. Can't seem to break that 172 mark - and actually flucutate between 172-174. Any suggestions on breaking out of this? I've been food journaling, following my diet closely and staying on track (except for one night this week) But I actually returned to 172 within one day of getting off. I'm doing atkins, (please no criticism- this is what always works for me) and I would appreciate some help. THANKS!!
