So listen, a few months ago I started watching this show that this guy named Paul McKenna was on. The show was called: I can make you thin. It's basically a Non-Diet. You don't count calories, you don't skip sugar, salt, bread or pasta, you don't starve yourself and if you binge sometimes it's ok. Sounds too easy doesn't it? Well it is really easy and no I'm not just saying that. I have tried it personally and I still am trying it. To be honest I thought it was a big scam, but it really does work. You don't lose like 14 pounds instantly or anything, you lose weight gradually and even without excercise. You don't have to eat special foods. He even has dvds, cds and a book available. Check it out and start off with the 4 golden rules: When you are hungry go eat, Eat what you want, Eat conciously, and When you think you're full STOP. It's that simple. The link is below.
