I had one at the gym last night. It was completely packed, my husband and I went in to change in the locker rooms, and when I came out, I mumbled something to him about going home, and that's what I did. I went home. It felt like everyone was staring at me, I couldn't breathe, and I was on the verge of tears...until I got to the car. I don't want to go back. I don't know what to do. Help?
