Just saw an infomercial on this new weight loss regime. I guess it's 90 days of intense exercise. First 3 weeks of intense yoga, stretching, weight lifting and martial arts. Then a week of rest, followed by another 3 weeks of intense, a week of rest then the final 4 weeks of intense exercise. Didn't get what your suppose to eat though. Anyway everyone looks like bodybuilders when their done, they look really good. Just wanted to know what others heard or thought of this new craze????
