I am wondering if other people are as obsessed as I am with the scale. I figured purchasing a scale would help me on this journey and keep me on track but when I wake up I jump on the scale, wash my hands jump on the scale, eat jump on the scale etc. I promised myself that I would weigh myself weekly and I cannot seem to keep that promise. Is anyone else just as bad?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
