Ok, I'm back on here after taking about a month off and trying to get my life back together. Only to find out, its getting worse. I've compeletly tooken all my pain and worries and put them to food then that equals to weight gain! I need help and I MEAN alot OF HELP to get me back on track. I didn't gain that much back, but it will catch up to me sooner or later. The more I eat, the worse I feel so I eat more. I'm trying to do things to keep my mind off of food, but it only works for couple of hours. I just need someone to PUSH me through this.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Yes, I do understand. But if you can, look at it this way. Tomorrow is a new day and you can just start over. Because you blew it on Wednesday, doesnt mean the rest of the week is shot, just Wed. Each day is a new oppertunity to succeed.
Go to bed and promise your self you wont spend all day thinking about your problems. Instead think about diet and exercise and that weight you want to lose.
