Ok, I'm back on here after taking about a month off and trying to get my life back together. Only to find out, its getting worse. I've compeletly tooken all my pain and worries and put them to food then that equals to weight gain! I need help and I MEAN alot OF HELP to get me back on track. I didn't gain that much back, but it will catch up to me sooner or later. The more I eat, the worse I feel so I eat more. I'm trying to do things to keep my mind off of food, but it only works for couple of hours. I just need someone to PUSH me through this.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
