I heard that eating oatmeal for one or two meals will stop cravings. Im testing this theory by eating two meals of oatmeal each day. so far no cravings. you have to be careful to get other nutrients like vegetables and proteins in at least one meal. ill keep everyone posted on how it goes.

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. 1/2 cup dry quick oats
1 cup skim milk
equivalent of 1 tsp splenda
with a fresh banana,apple,pear, peach or some berries cut up in it and zapped about 3-4 minutes in the microwave...fabulous!
Sometimes I will use 1 tablespoon peanut butter or some sugar free hershey syrup instead of the fruit.
hmmm....did I mention I love oatmeal? :)
