I have been a yoyo dieter for years and have finally reached the conclusion that "diets" don't work. Only good old excercise, healthy portions and knowing the right kind of foods to eat. I recently read and excellent book by Jonny Bowden called "the 150 healthiest foods on earth". it really educated me on how many "good" foods are out there that I can eat AND enjoy. can anyone else recommend any NON diet books that could help us all?
