i've now got to a point in my life where menapause is starting to kick in... half a stone has gone on in weight...due to years of dieting, by not eating enough,my body is in permemant famine mode... so if i eat more to boost my metabolism i put on weight... makes me wanna starve then... done the gym thing combined with healthy eating... lost jack shit ...i know i don't eat enough during the day but if i eat more than i do now i'll put on weight... its a viscious circle... helppppppppp
