I have an online friend that has lost fifteen pounds in three weeks by cutting out carbs after 3pm. She has her coffee every morning, cereal if she wants it, yogurt or light chips as a snack,soup(any kind, sandwich, or a salad for lunch, and another snack before three. She then only has protein and green veggies for dinner. She told me it allows for a variety everyday at lunch, and she keeps her snacks under 300 calories. She said her doctor gave her this diet! For the first time in her life she says she is losing weight without feeling deprived.I am so trying this!
