aanybody else has no time for excerceise? i work and go to school, barley hand out with friends cause i am just too busy.
i work in a riding stable, taining young horses. do you think the mucking out stables, leading around horses, riding horses and carrying waterbucket is enough exrceise for a day? i work from 9 - 4, then i sit still and do homework.....
i wish i could add some cardio to my daily routine....

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I can hear you cry but I need my sleep and I dont have any motivation!! how about arranging to meet a friend and go together. From personal experaiance, I dont miss the extra half hour sleep as I feel good after coming back from exercising.
Or what about meeting friends (after work) for exercise, even if it is a walk or cycle, swim or class etc.
When I had the same feeling someone suggested to me writting a planner of your time in half hour stages (one week before). I at first thought this silly but I went along with it and to my surprise I started to find that extra 15-30mins to exercise just by being organised and planning to fit things in.
I hope these suggestions help, please contact me if you want more suggestions as I have a few more!!!
