I am having trouble staying on track with my diet at night. I understand the concept of eating the bulk of my calories in the morning and early afternoon and less in the evening and at night, but I can never seem to stick with this plan. I tend to associate eating with relaxing, and the only time I really relax is in the evening after a long day. I often find myself completely undoing all the good work I have done during the day by going on night time binges. It's not only that I am relaxing though - I am truly hungry at night! I work out 6 times a week and have a demanding job, so I know that I need fuel - but I hate overeating at night!! If this happens to anyone else, I would love to hear your tips and strategies on how to tone this down.
