I can't get out of the habit of snacking in front of the TV at night. Most of the time I eat M&M's (peanut ones) or peanuts, chips, doritos and once in awhile low fat popcorn. I have the Best for Life Diet book and in there it says you shouldn't eat at all after 7:00 PM. When I was on Weight Watchers I always had a "healthy" night time snack. What's your take on this?? Healthy night time snack versus no snacking after 7:00 PM.
