I am 21... and I am 206lbs! I have a three year old son and I gained a fairly decent amount with him during my pregnancy. I have did some diets and found to lose a little weight but not significant to where I would like it. They also left me wanting more and more food etc. I am trying to lose 40-45lbs.. so I dont feel like a monster anymore. I need some starting tips to kind of help me because I really want this to work. Any suggestions??????
