2 and 1/2 years ago I decided to start chipping away at my weight problem. I began with Atkins and lost about 40# that year. Then I got tired of it and just pushed back from the table for about a year. And that year I lost another 15 or so #. This year I started Weight Watchers and have so far lost 23#. I'm sold on Weight Watchers! I have added activity to my life too. Hiking and Bicycling. I do not know when or where I will level off at. Just staying on my diet and getting plenty of exercise. I believe that if I behave as a fit person, then my mind and body will become fit over time. That is the gameplan.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
