I am a brand new mommy to a son Dakota. I had him 2 months ago and gained 35 pounds during pregnancy. I was up to 199 lbs. and did everything possible not to hit the 200 mark. I am now down to 177 and staying steady. During the first 6 weeks the weight continuously kept falling off but now I am at a stand still. I started a food journal after I had Dakota and realized that I had way too much fried foods in my diet. I gave up fried foods and soda, and no longer eat food after 8 o'clock. It has been very easy to stick with this diet and I still feel satisfied with the choices I have made to eat. I need to be stricter with my exercising and it has been hard finding the time to do it. I am new to this site and am looking for some support buddies to help shed the pounds!
