Im new to this site and Im not sure how these discussions work but I just started a new diet about four days ago and I can see a difference. I've NEVER been happy with my body. At age 5 my grandmother had to remove all the mirrors in the house because I'd look in them and cry. I feel SOO overweight. I know you burn more calories eating celery then you take in so I changed my diet to strictly celery and water. I can see a difference in these past 4 days but I could use some encouragement.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
