Wednesday & this is my NEW BEGINNING (again) of my food plan. Typed off my food chart, had envelope of oatmeal for bkfst. & now having a Smart Balance calzone for lunch. Have to get back to it. So THIS IS IT!!!! I will try to get more involved & get to Curves 3-4 times per week. I was doing really well in Nov. then I got Pneumonia & holidays...excuse after excuse..but I gained back what I had lost. Really must get ahold of this wild horse I am on.
