Hi everyone, Need Support buddy for weight loss as every one at home is do negative. Good at putting me down but not wanting to help the hard yards.

hi there is a challenge with LennaH she is charting us. i lost 7 pounds in october on the beverlyhills/counting calories diet. it was very easy, and i was thrilled with the results. eat anything you want (smaller portions) to 1200 calories. after you hit 1200 its veggies and water only, but unlimited amount. however, i ate sweets all of the first week of november because of halloween. i still maintained some how. i ate the entire week of thanksgiving. the day after thanksgiving i had gained the entire 7 pounds i lost. haven't weighed in since then. yes i need a buddy too. i now want to lose 5 pounds per week for december. to make up for lost time. the initial goal with lenna was 30 pounds by the end of december.

Eat whole foods, eat often, and exercise. Journaling food and exercise is key to your success. I lost 195 pounds!!! Feel free to contact me if I can help.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
