hi everyone! well, Ive been trying to loose weight, and I am now getting serious about it. I went swimming for the first time this morning in I don't know how long, and I feel good. It was for only 15 minutes, but it was better than nothing. due to severe back pain/problems, I don't want to push to hard. anyway, I am watching what I eat, exercising, and eating smaller portions, but the one thing I can't do is get enough calories everyday. I am very busy with school, and I am always on the go. I don't know what to do, and if I am not getting enough calories, is that bad? advice would be great!
