I am a mother of 7. My last child was born dec of 2006. I really want to get back into shape and tone up my body. I dont even know where to begin. I really need some advice on good diets and exercise plans. I am 5"8 to 5"9 so I am very tall . I weigh about 230 which nobody ever believes me when I tell them that.I need much help..any advice is much appreciated.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
