I am very discouraged about my weight situation right now. I weigh 160lbs, I am 6 feet tall, I am overweight. All my life I have been an active and athletic person. The last 7 or so years I have had a sales job and do not do many active things. Along with being fairly inactive, my diet has not been good at all. Many times I do not have the time to eat good food. I am tired of the excuses and want to get in shape and be active and athletic again. Please give me some advice and encouragment on where to start and what to do to make the change.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
