Okay...I started WW a couple of weeks ago and I am doing pretty good with it...I joined online and I love it. My only problem is that I am not sure what some of the points are...I am allotted 22 points per day..I have that down pat...but I am confused by the 35 weekly points and the exercise points that I accumulate?? I workout for an hour every day and that gives me 3 exercise points...so my question is...what do those points mean....am I supposed to use them or are they just there in case I need them?? I am going to my favorite restaurant on Sunday and I just want to know if I can "borrow" some of those points while there?? Please help!!
