I can't seem to eat a small salad. For some reason the vegetable portion is always a serving for three (never the protein) and the dressing is therefore too much as well and I always eat pretty much the whole thing. Usually I'm stuffed like a turkey and even sick at times. I don't know why I eat such a big salad and can't measure differently. I put it on a normal plate, but it becomes a mountain. How embarrassing to share this.... HELP PLEASE.
