i am fast approaching 60 and am overweight[over the last 3 years i have had comciderable stress in my life and have gained 2 stone]i want to lose my excess weight and get fit...i need a good push to get myself motivated....i have a super family who are supportive but i also have a lot of stress to deal with and tend to comfort eat at these times or when i settle down at night a glass or two of wine.....i tell myself i deserve it but the food and the drink are not doing me any favours......help plz...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
