This isn't much of a weight loss story, but I want some support. Last year when I went to my physical I weighed in at 5' and 135 lbs. My doctor told me to start eating more nutritious foods and leading a more active lifestyle, and I didn't do much to help that. Though I didn't work very hard this year, I must have done something right because it's a year later and I've lost 8 lbs. My doctor told me to continue to live a healthier, more active life, and she wants me to continue to lose weight. I would like to speed things up a little so I can be at my goal weight by the end of August and start to maintain my weight throughout the year. I would like to get down to a size 2 or a size 4. Since a size 4 sounds more realistic, I am aiming for 115 lbs. I may continue this diet until I weigh 105 or 110 lbs, but I don't intend on going any further with this. I haven't been meticulously counting calories, but I've been allowing myself approximately 300 calories per meal plus 300 calories for snacks. In addition, I have been biking 7 miles each day at 10 miles per hour. I've also been trying to get out of the house more and do things with my friends. I am hoping to lose one pound per week, which I think is a reasonable goal. I hope to use this site to keep myself on track and I would love anyone's input or advice.

BUT.... I feel like my visits are not what they use to be. He...
