I told my husband that it would help me a lot if he were more supportive of me trying to get our whole family as well as myself eating healthy. He said "Ok, but I don't know how to do that." I try to tell him examples(don't buy boxes of snack cakes when we're grocery shopping) and he acts like I'm talking Greek. Does anybody have any ideas? Do you know any place online that could help him understand what I mean?
