I never used to take a daily multivitamin because my stepmom told me it would ruin my kidneys O.O But my dad (look at these parental sources of nutrition info, lol) said that I should take one since I'm dieting and might not be getting all my vitamins from food. So...whenceforth came the kidney-ruining idea and what's a good vitamin to take for a 17 y/o girl? I saw some pills called Alive! in Meijers - they were apparently as chock-full of veggies as a pill can get and you had to take six of them a day...anyone know about those?
