Ok ladies here is the problem, I don't feel like working out today. I had to get up early for a fashion show and now my whole weekend schedule is thrown. I am playing softball later, so I will get a little exercise, but not my normal run. I don't have the motivation today and I'm not sure if I should feel guilty and kick my own butt out of the door or let today go. I won't go off my diet and I know tomorrow I'll run again. Help me out.
