Minutes Exercise Challange Feb 15 - 21

Hope all are having fun with this exercise challenge. Laura will be gone for this week, so I copied the following from Laura's past posts for any new joiners. I am not going to tally at the weeks end as Laura was so great doing, so be sure to include your total when you post.

We are doing a weekly minutes challenge for workout/exercise minutes done this week. Try to beat your minutes from last week, or join in for the first time!
Rules:
- report any exercise minutes done here in this post as you do them.
- please make sure you give the total number of minutes (in minutes only please, not hours then minutes) you have exercised in your posts (eg/ "Did 25 minutes of workout DVD and 170 minutes on the treadmill today, for a TOTAL NUMBER of exercise minutes this week of 195")
- we go from Sunday morning until Saturday at midnight
- have FUN!!

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. It would be nice of along with the total minutes, each one of us posts her/his goal for the week and their daily progress towards it. The week's goal should be a small achievable one. Of course I know that our long-term goal (all of us)) is to live a healthy lifestyle and maintain great shape and health.
Hope to get at least 250 minutes total for the week last week I only did 205 minutes because Saturday I sat on my assets and did not exercise. I won't let that happen this week.
I did 60 minutes of cardio today. I just want to get back into the work out routine this week.
Monday: 45 minutes on elipitcal; 15 minutes weights
Total so far: 165 minutes
Weight training 160 minutes
Monday:
Stair Stepper/Elliptical/Treadmill 80 minutes
Total (so far) 240 minutes
I walked for an hour and a half this morning. Will walk for another 30 min this evening and will practise on my bike.
I cooked beef and potato and mushroom soup for lunch and will have turkey wrapped in whole wheat tortilla for dinner with salad or veggies.
Total minutes of exercise so far: 330 min
How is everyone doing?

Tuesday - 20 mins cardio, 20 mins strength training
Total for the week so far - 120 minutes
Bike 55 minutes for total 175 minutes

I'm not losing the 2 pounds I wanted to but it's OK. I know I'm not doing anything wrong so it might be just a matter of time. I'm enjoying being active and cooking alot. I hope everyone is doing great.
