I have started to take my measurments as well as my weight...how often should I be doing this? I have been doing it once a week...but I am wondering if taking my measurments once a week is worth it? There is a cnage but it has been small like 1/4 inch differences....

we do it once weekly.....im stating to think we should do it less often.....whatever the majority wants...take a vote......:)

groan. i agree with less than once a week. maybe once every two weeks. i've been taking them, noticing little or no difference and getting more discouraged than encouraged.

I think that doing it once a week might help us stay on track if we saw no change...but for me I rather see a big change than a little one so in that case maybe we should try ever 2 weeks.

hi, i think, weigh yourself once a week and take your measurements once a month :) that way you are pleased with any loss you might have!
