Thanks for the support. I have found that measuring portions have truely helped me. I keep a set of spoons and cups on the counter, w/pen and paper. It doesn't take long if everything is in one place to jot down the food and calorie count. I also have been buying single serve package food. It was a little more expensive but way better than buying from a diet dinner company. I think the kids are enjoying a bag of this or that. I don't think we are eating as much so that saves some. I guess you could divide stuff up from big bags on shopping days and keep the info part. I have lost 8 lbs..I'm sure some is water..in one month. Let me know if anyone has done anything like this. kareen

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
