So I've heard about the slimfast diet for years but never talked to anyone who was actually on it. I know it's a shake for breckfast, one for lunch, and then a sensible dinner. I sounds like it would be something that would be really hard to stick to for a long period of time. But as far as the simplicity goes it works perfectly with my lifestyle. Just wondering if anyone has experience with this diet or with replaceing meals with bars or shakes in general. I find myself skipping the early day meals and then binge eating at night, so maybe the drink calorie consumption would help me not indulge at night. Any personal experence or advice would be very helpful. Thanks a lot!
